Changes We Have Implemented To Handle Real Estate Transactions
During The COVID-19 Crisis
Until further notice, we will adhere to California’s “Safer At Home” restrictions as well as CDC guidelines to ensure safe real estate transactions. Below, are the changes we will be implementing:
PROCESS FOR NEW SELLERS AND LESSORS
Initial Pre-Listing Meetings: We will conduct meetings virtually, using Zoom, FaceTime or Skype Initial walk-throughs of a home will be done using Zoom, FaceTime or Skype Pre-listing packets will be sent via email The Comparative Market Analysis will be sent to clients via email
The Listing Process: Personal walk-through via FaceTime or Skype Property videos and/or 3D property tours will be created for promotion & advertisement Follow the normal document listing process and procedures
Property Promotions, Showings and Execution of Transaction Documents: Until the “Safer At Home” restrictions are lifted, we will not have traditional open houses Properties will be shown via virtual walk-throughs, FaceTime, video and/or 3D property tours Properties will continue to be promoted and advertised via online, social media & print Review and execution of documents will be completed using online tools Our presence in any home will be followed by properly disinfecting after each visit
PROCESS FOR NEW BUYERS AND LESSEES
Until the “Safer At Home” restrictions are lifted, we will adhere to the following guidelines: Property showings will be limited to the agent + 2 individuals and must adhere to social distancing guidelines No traditional open houses will take place We will conduct meetings virtually using Zoom, FaceTime or Skype Properties will be shown via virtual walk-throughs, FaceTime, video and/or 3D property tours Wire transfers will be used for money transfers Review and execution of documents will be completed using online tools Our presence in any home will be followed by properly disinfecting after each visit
